Getting Started in 3 Easy Steps

1. Customise Your Checklist

• The template comes pre-populated with common gear items
• Add your specific equipment:
• Click the "+ New" button to add your gear
  • Hover over the "New" button at the top-right of the Gigs database.
  • Click the "Down Arrow" to reveal the navigation menu and edit the default template
• Remove what you don't need: Delete any items that don't apply to you

So, after editing this database template, every time you create a new “+ Gig Checklist” it will show the same list.

2. Use Before Each Performance

• Open the checklist when preparing for your gig
• Check off each item as you pack it
• Use the "Critical Items Only" view for a last-minute essential check
• Access on your phone via the Notion app while physically packing

3. Reuse for Every Gig

• After your performance, uncheck all "Packed" boxes to reset the list
